We at Wemi Herbal Plus Wellness Pvt. Ltd. aim to provide high-quality herbal and ayurvedic products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of herbal and ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns once the product seal is broken or the package has been opened.

Returns and refunds will only be applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to you.

2. Eligibility for Return/Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

You received a product that is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

You received a wrong product that does not match your order.

The request is raised within  3–7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products.

Products with tampered packaging.

Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.

Personal care items (like oils, creams, etc.) once opened due to hygiene reasons.

4. Process for Return/Refund

To request a return, please email us at wemiherbalwellness@gmail.com with your order ID, product details, and photos/video proof of the damaged/defective product.

Our support team will verify your claim and guide you through the process.

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 days after receiving the returned product or approval confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (UPI/Bank/Card/Wallet).

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

In case of successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
